Payment safety

The personal data (full name, e-mail address, telephone numbers, etc.) provided by customers through our online store are used exclusively for the purpose of processing electronic transactions carried out by customers.

The collection and processing of such personal data, as well as the maintenance of the relevant records, is carried out exclusively by specifically authorized executives of our company.

spirits23.gr takes all necessary measures to ensure the security and protection of personal data and the confidentiality of their processing, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2472/1997 on the protection of the individual from the processing of personal data.

• There is no publicly accessible record of the personal data of customers who register through our online shop.

• We do not require registration on the website (it is optional)

• We never send promotional emails, unless the customer requests it.

For extra security, payment by credit card is made on our behalf, through Stripe. All card payments are processed through the Stripe e-payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key.
