What is the delivery time of an order?

Orders entered in the spirits23.gr on working days until 13.00 and provided that the product is available, they are usually delivered in 2-3 days in the main cities of Greece.
For other regions, delivery varies accordingly and can take up to 5 working days.
In areas identified as inaccessible by the partner courier company, the delivery time is determined on a case-by-case basis and is estimated to be up to 7 working days.
Deliveries are performed on working days and hours respectively, not valid for holidays and weekends. If you wish the delivery to be made on a Saturday, there will be an extra charge.
For orders with products that may not be available, but on request, we will contact you by phone to inform you about the delivery time of the products.

How safe is it to shop online? Is my data protected?

spirits23.gr takes all necessary measures to ensure the security and protection of personal data and the confidentiality of their processing, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2472/1997 on the protection of the individual from the processing of personal data.

  • There is no publicly accessible record of the personal data of customers who register through our online shop.
  • We do not require registration on the website (it is optional)
  • We never send promotional emails, unless the customer requests it.

 

For extra security, payment by credit card is made on our behalf, through Stripe. All card payments are processed through the Stripe e-payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key.

What exactly happens after an order is placed?
  • Once you complete your order you will automatically receive an email from our website that will have your order exactly as you have placed it. If you don't receive the automated email with the order you have placed, please check your spam/junk mail because it will probably have ended up there, or you have given the wrong email.
  • The time required to receive the parcel we send by courier is usually one working day for Attica, two working days for the rest of Greece, and in some cases of small remote islands or inaccessible areas 3-6 days. Please note that parcel deliveries by courier are made Monday to Friday. In cases of general strikes and in cases of severe bad weather the above days are likely to increase. In any case we have no responsibility for any delays that are not caused by us. If you are expecting a parcel from us and have not received it within the above mentioned days please contact us.
  • You will be asked to sign for the receipt of the parcel. This means that someone at the address you give us must be there to receive the parcel. If the courier does not find someone there they will leave a "note" and try again to deliver the parcel to you. If the courier fails to find you in three attempts the parcel will be returned to us. If it is returned and you want it delivered again you will have to pay for the second delivery.
  • If you have chosen to pay by bank deposit your order will be shipped only when your deposit appears in our account.
  • Packages are only sent if you have given us a contact number. It is better to provide both a landline and mobile contact number as well as an email.
  • Even if you have not chosen cash on delivery for the shipment of your order, it is necessary to give us a phone number to contact you in the morning hours (10:00am - 3:30pm) so that the courier can contact you if there is a need to deliver the parcel, or so that we can find you in case there is a problem.
Will I receive a receipt for my order?
  • The legal document (receipt/invoice) issued for the purchase of products from spirits23.gr is sent and accompanies the product you have ordered.
  • ATTENTION: The document must be placed on the outside of the parcel in a special adhesive pouch. Remove the document before discarding the package.
