Information, terms and conditions for shipments to Greece

Your acceptance of all terms and conditions on this page is required to place an order. If you do not accept any of the terms and conditions please do not place any order. Placing an order automatically means acceptance of all terms and conditions. 

All prices on our website are retail prices and include VAT.

Once you complete your order you will automatically receive an email from our website that will have your order exactly as you have placed it. If you don't receive the automated email with the order you have placed, please check your spam/junk mail because it will probably have ended up there, or you have given the wrong email.

The time required to receive the parcel we send by courier is usually one working day for Attica, two working days for the rest of Greece, and in some cases of small remote islands or inaccessible areas 3-6 days. Please note that parcel deliveries by courier are made Monday to Friday. In cases of general strikes and in cases of severe bad weather the above days are likely to increase. In any case we have no responsibility for any delays that are not caused by us. If you are expecting a parcel from us and have not received it within the above mentioned days please contact us.

You will be asked to sign for the receipt of the parcel. This means that someone at the address you give us must be there to receive the parcel. If the courier does not find someone there they will leave a "note" and try again to deliver the parcel to you. If the courier fails to find you in three attempts the parcel will be returned to us. If it is returned and you want it delivered again you will have to pay for the second delivery.

If you have chosen to pay by bank deposit your order will be shipped only when your deposit appears in our account.

Packages are only sent if you have given us a contact number. It is better to provide both a landline and mobile contact number as well as an email.

 Prices, any offers / discounts on the website, may change at any time without notice.

 We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we consider that a reason arises which we consider to be valid.

The products we ship are always in excellent condition. We make every effort to pack your order very carefully, in reinforced packaging, so that the transport of the products is safe and without loss. In the unusual event that during transit your parcel arrives with obvious external deterioration please do not accept it, telling the courier that you refuse to accept it because it looks damaged.

 Any transport costs are automatically calculated by the system. In the unlikely event that the transport cost calculation is incorrect due to a website malfunction (either in your favour or against you) we will inform you by email or by telephone of any possible difference in transport costs (if such an issue arises).

Returns are accepted - upon request.

Α. If the shipped product has a problem, or we have sent you the wrong product, we will pay for the cost of returning it and we will send you another product at our own expense for its replacement.

Β. If you change your mind and want to return the product, after contacting us, you have to pay for the cost of returning the product. When we receive the returned product, if it is in perfect condition, unopened, in its original packaging, we will send* you another product of equivalent value, or refund the purchase price of the product.

Returns are accepted up to 10 days from the date of sale.

*The shipping costs for the shipment of the replaced product will be charged to you.

Our company makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of its website, but does not guarantee that the functions of the website or the servers will be uninterrupted or without any kind of error.

Our company reserves the right to modify, add, change the content or services of this website, as well as the terms of use, at any time it deems necessary and without any prior notice.

Our company has tried to present the colours of the items as realistically as possible. However, the colours displayed on your screen may vary depending on the quality of your computer screen. In this respect, the company cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your screen are exactly similar to the actual colours.

Special offers or discounts are valid until the specific date or until stocks are exhausted.

Prices, description and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
